An exciting new opportunity for a keen and self-motivated individual to train and develop into the role of a Plant Supervisor. You will be covering the Kent area in particular Sittingbourne and Ashford.
As a Trainee Plant Supervisor, your role will involve:
*The role involves producing concrete in line with customer expectations, whilst optimising transport utilisation
*Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, once trained and competent you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety and environmental standards are maintained to requirement
*Responsible for liaison with customers face to face and via the telephone to achieve highest standards of service
*Full training will be given in the form of in house training and achievement of a Level 2 QCF Diploma
The successful applicant will need to have the following qualities/skills:
*Full driving licence
*Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with an understanding for customer requirements
*Basic PC skills are required
In return you will benefit from 25 days holiday plus 5 Saturdays and contributory pension scheme.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm and Sat 7am-12pm
