Telephone Operator - Night Shifts

We are looking for a full time telephone operator to work night shifts for a taxi service based in central Brighton.

This role will be working Monday through to Friday, 12AM - 7AM. Therefore, we need someone who is willing to work night shifts. This is an ongoing contract to start off with, with the opportunity to go on to a permanent basis if you perform well.

The duties of this role will include answering phone calls from both the public and from taxi drivers and helping them with any queries that they may have. You will be ordering taxis for customers around the Brighton area and you will also be directing the taxis where to go.

We are looking for someone with fantastic telephone skills and great communication skills. As well as this, you will also need to have good IT skills, especially with Windows.
