An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently seeking a Database Administrator based at Unilever's UK HQ in Leatherhead, Surrey. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 3 months, working a 36.2.5 hour week. This role is paying £26,000 per annum.

The Specifications Administrator provides administrative support to the department ensuring tasks are completed on time and in the most efficient manner. This includes managing meeting logistics, recording meeting minutes, updating action logs, assisting with the administration of controls, procedures and plans for successful delivery, ensuring high quality reporting and reference/supporting materials are updated and completed within the agreed timelines.

Main responsibilities:
*Ensure all finished product specifications are accurate and up to date and verify that all the mandatory data is correctly transferred into retailers' ecommerce sites
*Check that product specifications are accurately linked as part of the wider product specification hierarchy
*Update data to ensure it is in the correct format to enable it to be used across different systems
*Check data from one system against another
*Liaise with the ecommerce Department and ensure any non-compliances are highlighted and corrected
*Ensure product files/databases are kept up to date with the most current information
*To support the technical team and engage in tasks to support the wider objectives of the company

Key requirements include:
*Ideally educated to a degree level in a food science/technology discipline - desirable not essential
*Good knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
*Ability to use databases
*Previous specifications experience beneficial
*The ability to co-ordinate and gather information, possess an organised, methodical approach to work with very strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work within a team and with other departments
*Demonstrate a flexible approach to work and manage time critical assignments that involve varying degrees of complexity
*Detailed, thorough and logical approach with a commitment to getting it right first time
*High attention to detail together with strong administrative and organisational ability
