We will provide you with first class training which will give you all the knowledge and confidence you need as a Customer Care Executive to engage with customers. You'll be the voice of our client and will be the first point of contact when customers call in with enquiries. This could be anything from general account queries or account payments up to escalated customer complaints.
In return not only will you receive a competitive salary of £16,000 & up to £1,5k OTE bonus. The hours are 40 per week and the shift patterns are based on a 2 week rota:
Week One - Monday to Friday - 1.30pm to 10.00pm - weekend off
Week Two - Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 4.30pm + Saturday 8.00am to 5.00pm with rota'd day off in week
You will be a confident, articulate individual who can demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with keen listening skills all the while remaining calm and resilient.
