Customer Service Advisor (Automotive Aftermarket)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor (Automotive Aftermarket) to join our client's team in central Liverpool. To be part of this world leading multinational Engineering and Electronics Company you will need to be technically minded and have a good understanding of the automotive industry, specifically car parts.

This is a full-time, ongoing assignment, working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) between the hours of 08:00 and 17:15. Hourly rate: £8.89 per hour + Quarterly Performance bonus + 33 days annual leave.

Job description:
*Providing first level technical support to automotive experts
*Advising on price and availability of car parts and if necessary completing payment transactions.
*Liaising with the Client/Stakeholders on a regular basis.
*Manage the distribution of updated software for (diagnostic tools, etc)
*Ensuring personal Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are achieved.


Your profile:
*A confident, customer focused individual, ideally with experience of the automotive industry / parts; you will have the responsibility of handling after care queries from garages across a number of communication channels.
*Experience of automotive products along with previous experience of automotive product catalogues. Would be advantageous
*Good understanding and use of MS Office applications.
*Specific automotive parts experience that should ideally cover cars and commercial vehicles (highly desirable)
Ideal:
*Automotive parts telesales or parts technical support line operative. (desirable)
*Familiarity and use of hard copy and digital based parts look up system e.g. Allicat, Esi (tronic) or other. (not essential)
*Familiarity and use of vehicle ID based software system either VRM look up or Esi (tronic) or other (not essential)
