Manpower UK are currently working with a superb company based in Woburn, Milton Keynes. Our client is based around beautiful woodland.
Woburn, Milton Keynes Location
Salary £16,000.00 per annum (£16,500 after you pass probation)
Shift rota, 07:00-15:30 & 14:30-23:00
30 minute lunch break

With this role, you will be exposed to different departments and teams within the business. Being the first point of contact means that guests and visitors will rely on you for specific information.
The Job Role:
Front of House/Receptionist:
o Being first point of contact for any questions/queries
o Checking in/checking out guests
o Managing online bookings using Protel
o Managing emails on Microsoft Outlook
o Explaining to guests services such as Laundry, dining area and other facilities on site
o Providing a high level of customer service at all times
o Reporting all complaints to line manager
