A unique sales position has become available at a world leading software solutions company with offices in the heart of Central London. This company has developed a reputation for exemplary software solutions that make the lives easier of business owners all over the world, and through this they are able to ensure long term customer satisfaction. It was decided at one point in my client's history that they would developed upon a more soft-sales method for winning business, a consultative approach where the prospect needn't be lead to make a sale, but instead provided with all of the necessary facts to make an informed decision. This strategy has seen them win new business across the UK at record pace over the last few years, but also to maintain a contended sales team who achieve excellent levels of work-life balance. As the new Sales Account Manager you could enjoy this too.

Responsibilities include:
*Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in order to influence the company's agenda throughout the organisation
*Consulting with stakeholders during initial software setup and training
*Working closely with business development managers and territory managers to generate high value leads and qualify pipelines
*Effectively use basic metrics to keep on top of performance and understand results.
*Work as a unit with the rest of the sales team

What we are looking for in you:
*As this is a relatively junior role we are keen to speak to applicants with at least 6 months of sales experience - software or IT sales desired but not essential.
*You are happy to embrace a consultative sales approach as opposed to hard selling.
*You should be organised enough to plan through a large workload while also able to come up with innovative solutions to problems
*Proven experience of successful partnering, collaboration, and influencing across company functions

What we can offer you:
Along with intensive training before you even pick up your first phone call we can provide you with a basic salary of between £22,000 to £32,000 basic, and a very generous bonus structure which has seen the majority of the team hit target due to how achievable it is. Additionally, there is ample opportunity to grow within the business and take up a position of higher seniority within a relatively short time-frame that can see your earning potential massively increase.
