The Role

As a passionate tech firm we will aim to provide you with the best training possible, enabling you to become familiar with our products which will make you a vital member of our team. You will be part of our new customer welcome team, carefully guiding customers through their first steps into the online world and suggesting which of our great products can help them grow their business. Once you have received our amazing company induction, you will be ready to speak to our customers with the confidence and knowledge to satisfy their needs. Being a self-motivated individual with a proven track record, will allow you to work towards your individual target which can increase your earning potential. Finally, there will be no cold calling involved in this role.

Our Ideal Candidate

Being a team player to achieve collective goals is a key requirement. We aim to build good working relations within internally as well as externally. You will have excellent communication skills which will allow you to use your own initiative when engaging with customers. A key requirement is that you have a good telephone manner and be able to adapt to the customers you are dealing with.
