HR Advisor

Our client has a superb opportunity for an HR Advisor based in Edinburgh city centre. The role involves supporting the management team with a variety of HR issues, including disciplinary, grievance, return to work and consultation processes. You will be involved in embedding a new HR system into the business, working around the company locations across Scotland so some travel will be involved.
You will also be involved in interviews, auditing files, HR employment legal matters and a wide variety of other HR matters.
You will have a sound HR background and ideally be CIPD qualified. It would also be an advantage to have some exposure to project work and be happy to travel when necessary, work flexible hours as required.
