An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Global Brand Manager ( Knorr -Bouillon), based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Unilever. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months working a 36.25 hour week. This role is paying up to £44,000 per annum. pro rata.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Global Brand Manager to work within such a rewarding sector.

Knorr is Unilever's biggest brand. Bouillon is at the core of the Savoury business. It is the largest category for Savoury and is key in building the Knorr brand identity, core values and key attributes.
Globally Unilever is the market leader in the Bouillon market and is present in all regions and across all formats. The challenge of the role is to scope new opportunities, identifying where and how to play in a way that fulfils the Knorr mission of bringing flavour to people's lives
Main Job Purpose:
Shaping the future growth via trading up the current portfolio, innovating and extending beyond.
Key Accountabilities:

*Develop a deep understanding of the category to be able to deliver a strategic framework on how to play within Bouillon
*Lead key projects within the innovation funnel.
*Engage with regions in building and deployment phases of the strategy and funnel development
*Build a strong and engaged multifunctional team.
*Influence key stakeholders.

Skills / Experience/ Qualifications:
*A passion for brand building with solid marketing experience and a consumer insight understanding.
*FMCG experience preferred but not essential
*Experience in scoping, leading and launching innovation.
*Ability to develop a clearly defined and focused strategic purpose and business vision.
*Ability to clearly define objectives and develop a strategic action plan with each objective broken down into tasks and each task having a list of needed resources and a specific timeline.
*Comfortable to seek advice from others to build vision. Confident to offer up ideas for feedback.
*Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills to present clearly, simplify complex topics and influence decision making; communication skills both written and verbal.
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
*A team player accountable, open minded who likes to work in rapid and agile way with various competencies and departments.
