Senior Sales Account Manager (9 Month Contract)

Manpower are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Account Manager to join the first class Inside Sales Team in Erskine.

Working towards revenue and product mix targets, you will be responsible for increasing our client's share of wallet across a defined set of accounts. The ideal candidate will gain an understanding of end user customer business goals and align these to market leading product portfolio.

Responsibilities:
*Manage end to end sales process on all assigned accounts;
*Develop and deliver strategy to achieve business and personal objectives;
*Gain a complete understanding of customer business goals and IT hardware landscapes to identify new business opportunities in your account set;
*Effectively and accurately forecast business to management and key stakeholders;
*Build a solid sales pipeline and nurture opportunities through the sales cycle to close.

With a proven track record of overachievement in B2B sales environment, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence across multiple levels of an organisation. You will display a proactive approach to self-development as well as demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt.
