Manpower are currently working exclusively with a fantastic client in the busy city centre of Leeds who are looking for a skilled administrator to join their business on a full time basis.
In this position you will be working in a small but busy office managing the general administration for the business along with customer service when dealing with clients (both verbally and face to face).
My client is looking for a person with exceptional organisation skills and a strong background knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Initially this position will be a temporary contract until you have passed your probation and then a permanent contract will be offered there after.
Key Competencies
*Excellent interpersonal, written and telephone skills
*Attention to detail with accurate and timely data inputting skills essential
*Questioning skills and data analysis
*Excellent use of different computer systems including Microsoft Office including word and excel is a necessity.
*Flexibility and willingness to cross skills across different teams
*Customer Handling Skills
*Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all customers - internal and external
*Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and their own initiative to meet tight deadlines.
*A flexible approach to work and ability to work as part of a team across all areas within Customer Services with a genuine commitment to providing a quality service.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with some flexibility for the right candidate.
