Caretaker/Cleaner/Handy Person

Do you consider yourself a Handy person? Are you responsible? Are you a team player? An incredible opportunity has arisen at one of our clients who are looking for a part time Caretaker to help maintain smooth running of their estate. If you consider yourself a handy man or a jack of all trades this may be for you.


The Role
As a caretaker your job is to carry out maintenance work throughout the estate whether that is painting, repairing plasterboard or logging all defected/broken equipment with the managing agent. You will also be required to keep the communal areas clean and to safety regulations.


Skills Needed
You will need to have previous experience as a gardener/handy person/care taker. As well as being able to undertake duties, complete tasks and hit deadlines. If there are external contractors on site you will have to monitor and log what changes has been made. Having a passion for gardening is also essential.


Salary
The salary will be £11,375 per year on a 25 hour a week agreement, you will work between Monday to Friday and flexible working hours.
