*Pay between £37,000 - £45,000 PRO- RATA
*Can work from home

We are looking for a experience Global Group Air Manager to work alongside our Group Air Travel planner to deliver a seamless Worldwide event for a large Global client of ours for a 6 month contract starting November 2017 for Approximately 8000 global attendees
The Global Group Air Project Manager will be required to cover, but not restricted to the following job function. .

* Recommendations on flight schedules, charters, ferries for both programmes upon
completion of global flight analysis for both events

* Facilitate supplier contracts for all suppliers - to include negotiation with key suppliers for cost reduction and additional benefits

* Liaise with Stream line events and client on registration sites
* Liaise with client for specific event travel policies and processes
* Liaise with Stream line events registration team on daily basis once the events goes 'live'
* Implementation of Disaster Recovery Plan for both events
* Distribution of registration reports to all regions (if required)
* Monitoring bookings in all 3 regions
* Facilitate customer feedback/complaints. Identify needs or actions required.
* On going consultation throughout the 'life' of the event
* Answer or facilitate booking and policy questions
* Responsible for collating Arrival/Departure reports from each region
* Overview and management of global travel budget and costs for each region
* Onsite event (if required by the customer)
* Facilitate full financial reconciliation for both events with each region
* Facilitate full debriefs for both events (to include overview of events, costs, savings
