So, it is essential that you can build positive relationships with customers - and use the feedback given by customers, to identify ways for the company to improve business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your part in our organisation

With our client you'll be part of a friendly and supportive culture, reporting to a Team Leader and typically working in a team of 8 - 15 Customer Relations colleagues. You'll be pivotal in ensuring we deliver fair customer outcomes promptly and consistently within a regulated environment.

On a daily basis you will be required to manage a pipeline of complaints, working as part of a team, take ownership of the complete process from end-to-end: using your problem-solving and customer care skills to resolve issues.

Your experience

We look for effective communication skills, as you will be dealing with queries over the phone and in writing, and we look for strong letter writing skills. An ability to handle customer account queries professionally and efficiently, whilst demonstrating resilience and determination with a clear customer focus.
You'll need to be highly motivated, capable of meeting demanding deadlines, and ensure the highest standards of quality & accuracy are maintained, whilst moving towards positive outcomes in challenging situations.

As a successful candidate, you'll be able to understand and work through customers' individual circumstances, successfully build relationships and have a good listening ear. Having experience of the above in a customer service position is preferable & ideally from a complaints background.
Your rewards
You'll receive a great basic salary + performance related bonus scheme + benefits + our stakeholder pension scheme. Just as importantly, you'll benefit from our continuous commitment to providing you with professional development and excellent training opportunities. Because if you've got the potential, we've got what it takes to fulfil it.
