An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Unilever are currently looking for a Senior Digital Brand Manager - DIG based at Unilever's prestigious facility in Blackfriars 100VE. This is a full time temporary role for a period of 6 months with the likelihood to be extended, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying £55-65K per annum. pro rata, depending on experience.

Business Context and main challenges
This team is the strategic powerhouse behind the €4 billion DIG brand. We work closely with the innovation project leaders to define the direction for the brand, taking the successful Dirt is Good brand idea to the next level and rolling out communications, visual properties and pack design across DIG markets on 4 continents.

Key responsibilities will be:
*Own, refine and land the digital strategy globally, based on lessons from digital measurement, campaigns and pilots from 2016/17
*Work with global innovation project owners to ensure all campaigns and content follow the global digital strategy and best practice
*Lead and manage the Digital 2.0 programme (Unilever-wide digital transformation project) for DiG. This includes migrating and improving all DiG websites, embedding new tools and technologies and piloting appropriate initiatives as the lead Home Care brand
*Consult across any necessary areas/projects to ensure best in class outputs
*Lead a team made up of two London based Assistant Brand Managers - one assisting across all strategic requirements and the other focusing on the Digital 2.0 programme requirements
*Refining the current digital ways of working with regional and local teams in order to effectively and cost efficiently develop, roll out and measure all digital initiatives
*Own, manage and optimise the global SEO and measurement programmes
*Continue to develop digital knowledge and sharing of assets via a global knowledge share programme, training sessions and inductions
*Work alongside the Home Care Digital Transformation team to pilot appropriate initiatives - setting the standard/process for the rest of the brands in category
*Work alongside the Global eCommerce team to land strategies in top markets to drive market share
*Work alongside the Global Media team and Global Media Agency, PHD, to drive best in class media planning, in accordance to the global digital strategy
*Identifying, driving and piloting opportunities to build learnings and case studies - for example working with strategic partners like Facebook or implementing data testing
*Manage the global digital agency portfolio to ensure understanding and integration of the global digital strategy. Manage agency feedback / reviews
*Support Global Brand Equity Director on other related projects as necessary

Capabilities/Skills:

The ideal candidate would be a talented Senior Digital Brand Manager with exceptional digital experience at regional and/or global leadership level.
*5 years digital marketing experience
*Digital junkie - personally using multiple digital vehicles in everyday life, consuming and utilizing; social media, mobile, branded content and search engines and passionate about connecting people with brands using technology
*Passionate about brands with purpose
*Familiarity with digital technologies like Adobe Experience Manager
*Good understanding of SEO, UX, digital data governance, measurement & reporting
*Ability to convert own passion for digital into action by others - through fantastic relationships, strategic influencing and energy for the subject
*Experience developing and implementing communications across multiple channels, especially digital
*Ability to manage effectively with change and within a complex, dynamic structure
*Able to work with diverse group of people, and reach out to people across geographies, imparting complicated information in a clear, concise manner
*Proactive and independent
*Highly organised and reliable
*Experience in managing others to deliver great work
