Project Manager / Business Change Consultant

Manpower is currently recruiting for a Project Manager with Business Change experience to work on a 12 month contract within West Sussex County Council, starting as soon as possible.

The Council is in the process of making improvements to its procurement processes by implementing technology improvements; the technology aspect of the project is complete and work is now required on both management and delivery of the process and change elements to ensure a smooth technology transition across the organisation to maximise the benefits of the changes.

We are looking for a Business Change professional who has the ability to work with stakeholders, and has experience of budget, resource, dependency and risk & issues management with leadership skills. You will require the ability to embed sustainable change, and develop strategies, techniques and strategic alliances with key stakeholders for the successful implementation of change.

Experience of using the system SAP would be beneficial but not essential.
