Business and Community Manager

Our Edinburgh based client has a superb full-time opportunity for a Business and Community Manager in a fantastic location in the City centre. They operate a number of upmarket serviced offices and co-working space. Our client is looking for a pro-active and well organised reliable individual to manage 74 one bedroom apartments.

The role involves dealing with all residents queries and issues in a helpful an efficient manner. You will be conducting tours of the property with potential residents, promoting and up selling the organisations range of facilities and services. Planning and organising private events and take bookings. Operating the door entry system and monitoring the CCTV system ensuring the buildings secure at all times. Dealing with contractors to ensure the building is kept clean and maintained to high standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role with similar accountabilities is essential. Do you have exceptional customer service skills and the ability to self-manage, organise workload and demonstrate a flexible attitude to work?
