*An OTE of £24k-£26k in year 1, however there is a realistic chance this figure will be a lot higher due to our uncapped and generous commission structure

~ No Recruitment Experience Needed ~ FULL Training provided ~

No recruitment experience is necessary because we offer a specific training scheme, created to ensure that you maximise your potential at the company. The first few weeks will be spent alongside experienced team members, who have carved a success at Experis, and also within the first month of employment, you will spend 2-3 days out of the business attending our Centre of excellence, hosted by our very own learning and development professionals, where you will learn all the key aspects of recruitment; from advert writing, qualification calls, time management to interview preparation, offer management, and stakeholder management. This truly will allow you to discover your personal best!

You will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands in the market, such as BSkyB, BT, Capgemini and many, many more!

Our only specific requirements are that you're passionate, driven and willing to work hard to achieve high levels of success in a short period
It's also helpful if you have experience in an office environment: but this is purely a desirable skill to have!
