Our client based in fantastic offices in Hatfield, is looking for an in house Graphic Designer to work on a variety of design projects including digital presentations, exhibitions, web page design, branding, catalogues and advertisements. You must have a minimum of 2 years work experience in a commercial environment, unfortunately we are not looking for freelance experience.

Working alongside the Marketing Director and within the marketing team, you we will be creative and passionate about your work, and be part of a small team in a positive and fun atmosphere. The role is to drive the business forward with exciting and well thought out designs, both online and with print content.

You will be responsible for a broad range of projects, from digital work covering web design, video creation, email campaigns and social media/web graphics, through to print and marketing materials, as well as having the chance to work on company merchandise for external exhibitions and supporting organisation and logistics of events.

As an in-house graphic designer you will need to fully understand the clients brand and be able to embrace everything they stand for.

Required Skills
*Two yrs experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital agency or company (not including freelance work).
*Adobe Creative Suite skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
*Video production and video editing

Additional Skills (Although not essential):
*A keen interest in social media
*Use of After Effects is a plus
*Knowledge of the 3D world
*HTML and/or CSS skills, photography, and experience of website CMS would be an advantage
