Customer Service - Part time

The role involves working as part of a team supporting the wider business.

You will be required to cover the busy hours from 10am - 2pm
Monday - Friday

Full training is provided.

Daily Duties:

Professional telephone manner for all internal customers
Ensure that query/complaint handling is dealt with competently.
Liaise with suppliers and your team to ensure that customer's deadline are met.

Prioritise your own work load and assist your team and other colleagues when required

The role is temporary role with immediate start dates and the option to transfer to a permanent role based on your performance
