An exciting opportunity to work within a growing business based in Luton, as an HR Administrator/Co-ordinator.

My client is seeking a candidate to join their team at an entry level basis, seeking an opportunity for career progression. The role would suit someone who already holds their CIPD and looking to start their career in HR, or someone who has a keen interest in HR and willing to work towards their CIPD.

Duties to include:

Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Complete pre-employment checks and ensure procedures followed
Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Manage HR department mailbox
Organise probation review meetings and interviews; issue relevant correspondence
Maintain organisation of paper and electronic data bases
Administer training internal and external

Desired skills:

Excellent computer literacy with experience of MS Word and Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong team player with ability to work alone

Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in a welcoming in a professional manner.
