As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be working on behalf of the UK's largest and one of the most innovative mobile phone networks, supporting smart phone customers across the UK.

Eishtec engage with and nurture their employees, recognise talent and promote internally (90% of current Team Leaders, as well of many other roles have been promoted internally).

We are recruiting for a number of full-time, permanent positions.

Job description:
Receive inbound calls and queries from customers & provide then with speedy and efficient solutions.
Handle customer enquiries across a broad range of topics.
Deliver outstanding performance in the contact centre by consistently striving to exceed agreed targets
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Handle customer queries and respond in a timely and efficient manner
Liaise with Team Leader and escalate queries when necessary
Record and log calls/customer details

About you:
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy having positive conversations with customers. All candidates will receive classroom based and on the job training in your first few weeks in the role. You'll also have:

Excellent telephone manner and ability to listen actively
Driven, motivated and determined to achieve targets
Team player and ability to learn quickly
IT Literate
Knowledge or interest in smart phones preferred

£7.20 p/h
30 or 40 hr contract (optional) between 8am-9pm (Monday- Friday), 8am-8pm (Saturday and Sunday)
