Store Manager
We're recruiting a Store Manager to lead the Dulux Decorator Centre in Droylsden
You'll lead and motivate your team, to ensure the professional decorators, contractors and DIY enthusiasts that visit the store fall in love with the products.
You'll ensure the store exceeds sales and service targets by instilling a strong sales culture, controlling costs, managing stock, ensuring impressive visual merchandising standards and creating enviable levels of customer loyalty. You'll also use technology and data to understand, interpret and act on KPIs, creating a high performing business.
Under your expert guidance, your store will become known for its knowledgeable people, great product availability, and warm welcome.
An experienced retail Store Manager, you'll be passionate about delivering a memorable customer experience and developing an extraordinary retail team. You'll have a proven track record of delivering results, working to targets, and operating retail processes and systems. You'll also be effective at budgeting and forecasting, skilled at reducing wastage, and you'll know your way around a P&L.
