The most important thing is that you are a team player. You will need to maintain the high standards of both hygiene and quality whether you are in the kitchen or service area. Great customer service skills will be essential as the location is a wedding and corporate event hot spot!

You will be required to fulfil general kitchen duties, lifting and carrying stock deliveries into freezers, cleaning duties and conducting yourself in a professional manor around the customers.
