Tech savvy German Speaker for Operations/Technical support

Multinational Tech Company based in Dublin is looking for an awesome Operation/Technical support engineer that will be working with their German clients!

The job:
You will become the Director of First Impressions, since you are the first point of contact for your clients, so their impression will depend on you!
You will become the technical expert for your enterprise clients and the will rely on you for support regarding their technical issues and you will have to use your impressive troubleshooting and problem solving skills in order to find the right solution.

You will guide them through the installation of their OS, update drivers, fix their software, support them in case they need a part replaced and escalate to the right department if needed.Also, make sure that everything is updated and fully documented into the CRM system!Be ready to work to SLAs, to have excellent time management skills and prioritise your tasks!
