up to £24k depending on experience

Our client is a global company with a Head Office based in Hemel Hempstead. We are currently supporting them recruit for a Senior Customer Service Agent to manage key accounts. You will need to be flexible to take out of hours calls relating to crisis management situations. A monthly payment would be paid for this, and a mobile telephone would be supplied.
Responsibilities:
To deliver first class Customer Service to Automotive/Key Accounts
Proactively manage & support of end-to-end business processes
Control of consignment stocks & third party direct deliveries
Active and regular communication with other departments, supporting Finance Team & Sales in Cash Collection and Bad debt activities
Timely recording of customer complaints in SAP
Support out-of-hours service
Skills & experience:
2 years relevant experience with Automotive OEM or Key Accounts
Knowledge of SAP, EDI schedule agreements & customer portals would be an advantage.
Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours when needed
Ability to work on own initiative and be self-directing.
Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task in a fast paced team environment
Driven and Results orientated
