My client Is looking to recruit Contact Centre agents to join their team based in Warndon.

This role will be liaising with inbound calls from customers regarding their Boilers, troubleshooting and scheduling appointments for engineers to attend customers' homes.

The ideal candidate will have
*Call centre experience
*Customer service experience
*Strong IT skills
*Scheduling experience - not essential
*Ability to think on their feet - to be able to resolve customer issues independently
*Be self-motivated
*Committed

Full time hours 7am-8pm shift rotation and 1 weekend in 5
Part Time hours 4pm-8pm and 1 weekend in 5
Initial training will be full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
