Part Time Call Centre - Inbound - Worcester - 4 pm - 8 pm

£7.70 PER HOUR INCREASING TO £8.70 PER HOUR AFTER 12 WEEKS
START 6TH NOVEMBER 2017

My client is the world's largest supplier of automotive components and they are now seeking both Full-Time and Part-Time Call Centre Agents to join their exciting Contact Centre based in Worcester.

This role will involve taking inbound calls from customers regarding their Boilers and you will also be dealing with troubleshooting and scheduling appoints for engineers to attend customers' homes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills;

*Call centre experience
*Customer service experience
*Strong IT skills
*Scheduling experience - not essential
*Commitment to the role - long term employment
*Reliable - come into work when scheduled and are punctual
*Enjoys a fast paced environment - always busy
*Think on their feet - to deal with customer issues and resolve them independently
*Self-Motivated - remains positive and upbeat within pressurised situations
*Quick Learner - able to absorb information and put into practice quickly and effectively
*Personable - able to build rapport with people on all levels i.e. customers & fellow colleagues
*IT Literate - Computer based role - must be able to navigate around a screen whilst talking to customers

Working Hours:

*Supplied with a 3 month rota
*Rotas are subject to change with 2 week's notice i.e. day off, shift (applicable to full time only)

Full Time Shifts available and must be able to work are:
*7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, 8.30am-5.30pm, 9am-6pm, 11am-8pm (rotational)

*Weekend rotas consist of 2 Saturdays and 1 Sunday in every 5 weeks
*Full time training course (40 hours - Monday-Friday) for 3 weeks
*Full time staff will consist of 40 hrs per week Monday- Sunday
*Part time staff will consist of 20 hrs per week Monday- Sunday - after initial training
*Initial training will be full time Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
