Manpower are working alongside a highly reputable client that has been established since1858 and is a four generation, family run company dedicated to the provision of Stoma, Urology and Advanced Wound care products to Ileostomists, Colostomists and Urostomists throughout the UK.

They provide a fully bespoke and personalised home delivery service for all of their customers, supplying an extensive array of Stoma products listed within the NHS Drug Tariff. They have a 150 year history that has taught them how important it is to ensure that all of their customers receive the highest level of service possible, and recognise that their employees are of fundamental importance to our continuing success. They operate an open door policy in the business and encourage employees to raise any concerns they have informally.

Role Profile:
As part of their Customer Care team you will be responsible for speaking to CCG's, nurse professionals, GP surgeries and patients that require appliances or medication

Your Responsibilities:

Manage workload to ensure patients receive medication within timescales set
Handle IB telephony queries
Ensure that all calls monitored are on target
Data entry (ordering medication through pharmore plus)
Branch Parcel Checks
Meet individual targets as set by the business
Flexible to change in order to meet business needs
Work within regulatory and Data Protection requirements
Additional duties may be assigned or existing duties may alter

You will work a Fixed shift Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm working from modern offices on Brunswick Dock. There is no requirement to work weekends.
