Manpower are looking for a number of Customer Service Advisers for a World Leading outsourcing company who deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Advisor
* Will be required to work 5 days over 7 from 8am to 10.30pm
* DBS and Credit Check will be required
* Preference will be given to candidates who are fully available during 4 to 5 week training period.
Key requirements:
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with customers queries
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong knowledge of all MS Packages
* Good problem solving skills
* Clear, professional and positive verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage time, prioritising customer needs.
