General description
To support & assist the High Court Finance Team in ensuring that all financial matters are processed in a timely manner.
Core duties and responsibilities
− Administrative support to Sales Ledger Staff
− Communications to High Court Clients
− Deal with internal queries from internal & external enforcement officers
− Manual intervention on special client cases & adjusting payments
− Noting cheques, cash and postal orders as they are received
− Updating refund, re-issue and credit note spreadsheets from requisitions
− Raising requisitions for refunds & re-issue of cheques
− Scanning & attaching documents
− Printing daily cheque letters
− Sorting daily post
− Monitor personal & High Court mailbox
− General Administrative support to the whole of the Finance Team along with dealing with Central Finance office
− Client requests that cannot be managed automatically by the system
− Other finance matters that arise as necessary or as otherwise directed
Other duties and responsibilities
− Such Duties as directed by the High Court Finance Manager as may from time to time be reasonably required.
Person specification
− Good level of general education to GCSE's (5 GCSE grades A-C)
− Interest in a career in Finance & wanting to begin AAT
− Professional & positive manner
− Good numeracy skills and attention to detail
− Knowledge of the Microsoft package
− Organised & able to prioritise workload for themselves
− Team Player
