SALARY
£18,000.00 - 21,000.00 + bonus based on performance. This is a permanent full time role.

PURPOSE
Our client is seeking a confident and committed Marketing and Sales Executive with an outgoing nature to join its hard-working sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at an early stage and truly influence its growth.
The successful candidate will undergo a comprehensive induction programme with full 1:1 training for the role and be supported with continuous on-going coaching in order to reach weekly/monthly targets.
This is mainly a phone-based position liaising with professionals and will require you to be confident while having professional conversations building credibility.
As a Marketing and Sales Executive, you will need to be an ambitious and hardworking self-starter, eager to join a rapidly growing company and quickly progress your sales career.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
The Marketing and Sales Executive main responsibility is to pursue new business opportunities.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Marketing and:
*Perform a high volume of outbound calls - at least 4 hours per day;
*Develop a comprehensive understanding of my clients products and services and successfully communicate these to potential clients;
*Nurture relationships with clients;
*Execute in-line with the business development strategy and assist in all the sales process, from cold to closed;
*Assist in finding innovative & appropriate new methods of gaining attention from clients;
*Assist in the development of presentations, newsletter and other communications.

REQUIRED SKILLS
You'll need to be a confident communicator. Excellent written and verbal skills are an absolute must! This includes an ability to adjust your communication style to cater to different audiences using expertise, tact, diplomacy and listening skills.
*Ability to identify and cultivate clients through outbound communication tactics (phone, email, and social media).
*Attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn and retain new information is important.
*The ability to work independently and manage your own diary and workload is vital, just as is your ability to work as part of a team.
*Experience in a similar sales role would be highly beneficial but this position is perfect for both experienced salespeople and a confident new start.
*An interest in sport, fitness, health and well-being is ideal.
*A passion for digital & new media would be beneficial.
*Basic skills with Microsoft office (Word & Excel) are required.
