An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Bosch are currently looking for a full-time Customer Service Agent based in Liverpool City Centre.
You will need to be flexible as this multinational centre operates 365 days a year. You will need to be available from 07:00am to 11:00pm Monday to Sunday on a rotational shift basis. A performance bonus of up to 8% also available! OTE: £16,258 per annum.
The role:
* The handling of varied customer service calls, emails and social media enquiries
* Providing professional, accomplished communication to a wide range of customers, including VIPs.
* Aiming to resolve customer queries first time ensuring they have the best possible experience
* Providing excellent customer service to Bosch customers with a right first time approach
Experience / personal attributes:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven customer service experience
* an understanding of social media platforms
* Good understand of MS office applications
* Innovative and solution orientated mind-set
* An ability to build relationship with customers and whilst empathising with their enquiry
