The Role:

As an experienced Financial Mortgage Adviser, you will be providing face to face and telephone-based independent advice.

This is a sales-based role and you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries into revenue, whist adhering to our high standards of customer service and compliance. The role also entails ongoing client management, ensuring a high retention rate of business.

The Successful Candidate:

As the company is expanding and works towards its organic growth you will be a naturally confident and charismatic communicator and possess the following skills:

*Highly motivated with proven sales ability and a history of exceeding targets within Financial Services.
*Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
*Well versed in great customer service and telephone manner
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
*Multi-tasker, with acute attention to detail and extremely organized.
*Team player

The successful candidate will be Ce Map1,2,3 R01 qualified (or equivalent).
The Package

You will also receive the following:

*£25000-£30,000 per annum basic salary with a very realistic £60,000 OTE (uncapped)

*22 days holiday increasing by 1 day for every year of service up to 25 days.
