We are seeking a Fraud Analyst to join American Express.

Key Responsibilities:
- Minimise fraud loss exposure for Amex through identification of American Express accounts that were obtained trough fraudulent applications that are either pre or post approved; and American Express Accounts that have been taken over by fraudsters.
- Investigation of 'identity theft' fraud cases and ensuring protection of genuine new accounts and credit departments.
- Address compliance or resource performance issues through line manager.
- Responsible for ensuring company compliance.

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Experience And Skills Required
- Knowledge GCA Fraud Protection Processes in False Applications, Account Takeover and Card Non Received
- Knowledge of Fraud Compliance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Flexibility and decisiveness
- Strong team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues/ complaints is essential
- Ability to work alone when appropriate and meet deadlines on assigned projects/tasks
