Our client is currently recruiting for a General Support Assistant based in Farnborough.
Provide robust and flexible support and undertake a number of duties such as routine maintenance tasks, cleaning, lift and shift, post, escorting and other general duties in support of the Group Property operations on a site.
Responsibilities
Ensure robust application of health, safety and environmental procedures and processes
Deliver general service tasks as identified such as, weekly shower flushes and recording for audit purposes
Ensure maintenance standards and quality of work delivered are to the required level
Receipt, sorting, recording (as appropriate) & delivery of post & parcels on site
Assist in resolving customer issues with outstanding tasks or deliveries
Movement of consumables & materials across site in the on-going management of services
Collection of waste items from across site and disposal in the correct receptacles; including kitchen & dry waste recycling bins
Cleaning audits, cleaning stocktake, management of stock.
Qualifications and Experience
Full driving licence
Proven ability to solve problems
Ability to safely deploy equipment/processes
Manual Handling awareness /risk appreciation
Previous experience in a similar role
