Working in one of the largest and most diverse energy companies in the UK.
Within the role you will be allocated your own cases, which you will maintain responsibility for, including making contact with the customer, conducting an investigation into their queries or concerns by checking systems and speaking to colleagues, ensure a thorough understanding of any issues and produce communication to the customers.
You will be expected to play an active role in helping identify solutions.
Using you customer service experience you need to manage you time and be able to work under pressure.

This is a 37 hour vacancy, which covers shifts from 8am-8pm and on a rota for for possibly a Saturday 8am-5pm
