Manpower are currently recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of our client in the Grimsby area.
The position is on a Fixed Term Contract of 6 months and an immediate start.
You will be responsible for contacting customers by telephone, email and fax with regards to obtaining payment of overdue invoices and resolving customer disputes with tact to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
Previous experience working in B2B credit control is desired.
The ideal candidate will posses good written and verbal communication skills as well as good organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workload under minimum supervision.
Microsoft Office experience e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook is essential and previous ERP system use is desired but not essential.
