Sales Support Executive

We are looking for Sales Support Executive to help support our client's Global Sales Team. The chosen candidate will work in London and support our client's Global Sales Team with input from the Sales Management and Marketing teams in their London Farringdon offices.

This is an extremely exciting role which includes lead prospecting and qualifying as well as general Sales Support to our high-performing Sales Team

The right candidate will be a highly motivated team-player with a minimum of 2 years of Sales Support experience.

The person we're looking for has:

* A minimum of 2 years of Sales Support experience, focused on pre-sales
* Strong telephone and lead qualification skills, primarily for in-bound calls and emails
* Ability to modify and customise presentations to help the sales team
* Experience supporting a Sales Team, including email campaign prospecting into new markets
* Confidence in representing the company within European conferences
* Strong writing skills to support the preparation of RFPs
* Ability to work independently and with a sales team
* CRM management experience, including processing new sales leads
* Knowledge in tracking of sales targets, providing data and reports
* Flexibility enough to get involved with every aspect of the business to make a positive contribution
* An understanding of shopping centre marketing or purchasing a plus
* Additional European languages a plus
