Manpower has an exciting opportunity to work for a well-established household name within the Financial Services industry based in Milton Keynes. We are currently recruiting for Retail Customer Service Advisors on a Full time Basis
The role is paying £9.98 per hour
Hours / shifts requested - 21-27 hours per week covering the hours of 8am til 9pm Monday to Friday and 9-5 Saturday (1 in 3)
Duties will include:
*Administration and resolution of customer queries and tasks relating to the administration of a contract throughout its lifecycle.
*Working within agreed authority levels taking ownership of the issue but referring to higher authority when required.
*To be able to work within service levels and be able to work under pressure.
*To be a good communicator and follow up customers verbally and in writing for incomplete paperwork.
*To respond timely to customer process requests and pay attention to detail is essential
*Maintain awareness of FCA regulations in order to manage insurance queries in accordance with legislative requirements.
*Dealing with incoming customer enquiries by telephone or in writing about contract status (maturities and vehicle hand backs), settlements, contract amendments, direct debit queries etc.
*Respond to high volumes of incoming customer enquiries by telephone or in writing about contract status (maturities and vehicle hand backs), settlements, contract amendments, direct debit queries etc,
Experience:
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both written and verbally
Be proactive and flexible in your approach to changing circumstances and demands
Fully computer literate
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and will have previous customer service experience, retail background, Students, Return to work mums, only a year gap
The successful candidate must also be able to pass a credit check.
