Test Technician (laptops & tablets)

Do you have experience of testing of laptops & desktop PC's ?

As a Test Technician, you will with recognised brands to ensure end user customer experience is fulfilled positively.

You will earn £16,500 - £18,000 per year + pension + 10% bonus each month directly linked to performance & targets
30 days Holiday (inc BH's) rising after 2 years to 35

As a Test Technician you will support the product end user by:
*Screening and fault finding issues on units. C
*Conducting a hard drive wipe on machines when applicable.
*Conducting a full QA test on all machines.
*Ensuring that the working area is clean and tidy at all times.
*Ensuring Health and Safety Procedures are adhered to.
*Ensuring agreed Service Levels and Targets are met.
*Ensuring that are Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) procedures are followed at all times.

In addition to the testing of devices, there will be some occasional ad-hoc support required in the Warehouse during peak Warehouse support periods.
