Due to international expansion, my client is looking for a Support Analyst to join the IT team at the head office based in Winchester. Reporting to the IT Manager, this position would be suitable for a first/second line support analyst who is keen to develop.
My client is looking for an independent worker who is pro-active and has hands on experience providing Windows desktop and networking support. This role will include face to face technical support and may include the delivery of projects, knowledge management and software platform testing.
Role Requirements;
*Networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN)
*Windows Server 2012/2012R2
*Windows 10 PRO/ENT
*MS Office 2010, 2013 & 2016
* Microsoft certification (MCP, MCSA)
*Active Directory/Group Policy
*HTML/CSS
* Hyper-V
*Printers
*Current technical support/service desk experience
*Excellent communication skills
*Graduate level qualification (not necessarily IT)
*Proficient at trouble-shooting and problem solving
*Ability to produce comprehensive, user-friendly documentation

Starting Salary - £20-£25k depending on experience
