This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Manager to join our leading IT client who are currently involved in the largest migration project in Europe.

With a strong background in Project Management within an IT environment, you will be responsible for supporting the migration of a UK based customer to their new cloud services platform, being rolled out across their estate of circa 1000 secure sites and over 140,000 end users based in South West England.

As the primary point of contact to the customer Site Lead for each of your assigned sites, you will complete site start up meetings and ensure all documentation and paperwork is returned to the migration teams on time and in the correct format. You will also attend regular touchpoint conference call meetings with IM Team and Lead IM to highlight/troubleshoot issues and manage forward schedule.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinating with other departments and third party delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of the deployment lifecycle.
* Ensuring all reports on rollout status are completed and distributed on time with the correct level of detail in line with defined milestones.
* Using and providing feedback from site experiences and contacts to deliver continuous improvement within migration processes.

You should have excellent communication skills with varying audiences including End Users, Site Leads and other IT Suppliers and peers. You will also have a good attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Dependent upon the desk in which the post holder is located they may be given the position subject to successful SC security clearance.

Travel is required for this position.
