Working hours would be 8.30am - 5.30pm. The role would involve working away from the office approx 80% of the time. A company van will be provided. The candidate will work within a current team of engineers.

The company are a successful Managed Document provider offering multi-functional devices and associated software solutions throughout the UK, to businesses that range from sole traders to multi-national enterprises.

The Role - Main duties and responsibilities: To maintain warehouse stock levels, issue stock and prepare stock orders. To install and network multi-functional devices on the customer premises to the customer's satisfaction.

To provide training to customers on all aspects of the machines functions in order to ensure customers are fully aware of and utilise the full capabilities of installed device.

To undertake relevant training as directed, which will include computer based training, in order to ensure up to date knowledge is maintained of all multi-function products. To undertake all installs in a safe manner, wearing correct PPE and in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and Health & Safety legislation. To achieve key performance targets as directed in order to maintain optimum customer satisfaction.

To complete all necessary reporting requirements and paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. To support or respond to installs or service call outs for other service teams as necessary. You will have use of a company vehicle during your working hours and you will be responsible for the upkeep of this vehicle. Any other duties/instructions as and when required.
