The Role:

As an experienced Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for answering calls to the NHS 111 service, taking and recording demographic details and carrying out an assessment of their needs of the patient, supported by decision support software (NHS Pathways).

The Successful Candidate:

As the company is expanding and works towards its organic growth you will be a naturally confident and charismatic communicator and possess the following skills:
*Highly motivated with proven Customer service experience.
*Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills.
*Well versed in great customer service and telephone manner.
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
*Multi-tasker, with acute attention to detail and extremely organized.

The Package:

You will also receive the following:
* Basic salary Pay rate is £7.93 standard and £8.53 for unsociable hours. (PERMANENT ROLE)
*Company Pension Scheme
*Training & support provided as well as other healthcare related courses.
*20 days holiday per year.
