Contract Type: 3 month temporary position

Pay Rate: £9.20 per hour + shift allowance

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday - 13:00/21:30 - Thursday & Friday OFF
Or Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 14:00/22:30 - Sunday & Monday OFF

Core Responsibilities

· Delivering "WOW" by providing an innovative and extraordinary service
· Recommending Card Members the most luxurious life style
· Consulting with our Card Members your customers so that you can recommend relevant products and services that are perfectly tailored to their needs
· Creating unique lifestyle experiences by expertly booking theatre, restaurant, cars, hotels and general first-class entertainment
· Keeping your finger on the pulse of industry trends so that you can provide knowledgeable advice and sell products and services with confidence
· Revealing a private world to customers that never knew existed
· Knowing what your customers want before they do

Required Skills

· Ability to work with customers from different viewpoints, cultures and countries
· Knowledge of London in particular would be desirable
· Confident computer skills are vital as you'll be using several different tools and systems daily
· A flair for building long-lasting customer relationships through your ability to carefully listen and your strong verbal spoken and written communication skills
· Resilience and composure to remain positive under pressure and in changing circumstances
· Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
· Sales experience and the consultative skills to confidently recommend and cross-sell relevant products and services
· The flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends
