Customer Service Advisor Job

Manpower is recruiting Full time and Part time Customer Service Advisors for our client based on the Quays in Newry, Co. Down.

We are looking for people with personality. People who'll listen, ask the right questions and offer the solutions that will leave them smiling.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role would involve working with one of the UK's best known supermarket brands, where you will handle all aspects of the customer journey by delivering great customer service and providing a high level of customer resolution via telephone. You may also be involved with communicating with our customers through other channels such as email, web chat and social media.

Full time and part time hours available between 8am - 11.30pm, Monday - Sunday. You will receive your rota up to 4 weeks in advance. If you need a set shift pattern please don't hesitate to ask, we aim to be flexible
