This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Client Success Team as the Restaurant Account Manager building long and valuable relationships with our most exciting clients

Our client is a fast growing business based in central London. As an Account Manager you will be working with the Client Success Director to ensure clients get huge value from the company

Responsibilities:

*Work with great brands to ensure they are getting value from our software
*Liaising with Marketing Directors or business owners to advise on marketing and loyalty
*Working with clients to build and execute email, loyalty and CRM marketing strategies
*Working with our graphic designer and technical team to
*Grow the hospitality side of the business, through working closely with the sales team
*Point of contact for senior representatives of key client
*Build long term relationships and grow accounts by identifying and targeting opportunities
*Confidence to work with C level clients to plan marketing and loyalty strategy at the highest level
Our ideal candidate will have:

*Experience of managing client accounts, either from an agency or technology business.
*Be full of energy to enthuse and grow our restaurant accounts
*Understanding of email, CRM and loyalty marketing.
*Minimum 2-3 years Account Management experience.
*Ideally working in a technology focused area or with a technology focused client - you need to understand and enjoy technology but not be an engineer!
A big bonus would be experience in hospitality
