We have an exciting opportunity to join our delivery recruitment team in Bristol

The successful candidate will:
*Work with a global client which Experis work with on an exclusive basis, providing a recruitment solution, across their division
*Pro-actively build strong relationship with line managers and on site recruitment team in order to obtain requirements and information before other suppliers.
*Contact relevant line managers and on site team to promote specific candidates who are identified as having relevant client background and skill set.
*Maintaining a stakeholder map ensuring all relevant decision makers or line managers are met on a by-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis when possible.
*Create and update Account Management plans. Present these regularly to senior management and present your client understanding on a quarterly basis to the resource pool

The successful candidate will have the following experience:
*Demonstrable track record in recruitment.
*Experience of consistent delivery against internal and external SLA/KPI metrics
*Ability to utilise Social Media, specifically LinkedIn to maximise candidate pools and networking opportunities
